Digital Maturity Assessment for Factories

The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources has adopted the “The Smart Industry Readiness Index” to measure the digital maturity of national factories, an internationally approved indicator to measure the level of industrial enterprises’ adoption of the fourth industrial revolution.
Rqeem Smart Solutions provides factory readiness measurement services with accredited evaluators by the international centre for industrial transformation (INCIT).
The factory readiness index is evaluated based on several criteria to determine the factory’s maturity level in the hubs of operational discrimination, automation, and industry IV. The hubs and criteria used to assess the level of application of operational excellence practices and the fourth industrial revolution in factories are divided into eight main components:

  1. Operation processes
  2. Supply chain operations and systems.
  3. Product life cycle processes.
  4. Automation process for control and surveillance and implementation processes in production and supply chains.
  5. Connecting the devices, equipment and systems, and industrial facilities
  6. Data processing and analysis (business intelligence).
  7. Readiness of human resources.
  8. Management and administration
